Stakeholders Meet in Lagos For TOSSE 2016

Over 6000 educators and parents will converge in Lagos for the annual Total School Support Seminar/Exhibition (TOSSE).

Visitors of the program will have the opportunity to learn and see the latest advances in education technology, software development, furniture, security, gamification, uniforms, school management/marketing, finance, augmented learning, schools’ tours, playground equipment and toys etc.

Parents seeking admission for their children will also have the opportunity to experience “Schools City”, a special pavilion where they will meet representatives from the best secondary schools in Nigeria.

According to Fisayo Balogun, the coordinator of the program, this pavilion has been created to meet the requests of parents who have long been asking for its inclusion into TOSSE.

“As the leading Education Exhibition in this region, we want to continually innovate to accommodate all stakeholders in education”.

“With this inclusion, we are positioning TOSSE to be a one-stop shop for educators, parents and suppliers.”

Over 14 seminars will be delivered at the program. Some of the seminar topics include: The Entrepreneurial School:  Innovative Ways to Keep your School Financially Healthy; Succession without Decline:  Ensuring a Brighter Future for your School (in your absence); The Last School Standing:  How Traditional Institutions can survive a Digital Learning World; Preventing Teacher Burnout: Strategies for Keeping Your Best Staff Motivated and Influential.

Others are Building Safe Schools: Empowering Students against Predators at School and Beyond; technology without Tears: Integrating Ed-Tech Tools in Your Classroom; the Conscious Parent: Values, Time and Things that really Matter.

The program is scheduled to hold on the 2nd/3rd of June, 2016 at Ten Degrees Event Centre.
