The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will commence a three (3) – day robust public enlightenment programme on e-dividend registration in Kano.
The event will start on Tuesday 8th March, 2016 with a two (2) – day road show in strategic places and will culminate in a town hall meeting on Thursday 10th March, 2016 at the Grand Central Hotel, Kano.
The E-dividend Management System was launched last Year by the Commission in collaboration with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and Nigeria Interbank Settlement System (NIBSS) to enable investors have direct access to their dividends.
