Resourcery Joins BICSI Nigeria in Calling for Improved Business Practice

The 2015 BICSI Nigeria Conference and Exhibition may have come and gone, but delegates at the event will not forget the Resourcery experience in a hurry.

The 2015 BICSI Nigeria Conference had well over 200 ICT professionals in attendance, 6 topical presentations and a sizeable number of exhibitors that made the day worthwhile for delegates.

The event kicked off with BICSI Nigeria Country Chair, Boye Oyerinde, who welcomed all delegates while Engr. Gbenga Adebayo, Chairman ALTON, set the pace for the day with his keynote address.

Resourcery Plc. joined the list of presenting organizations in sharing their knowledge and experience on “Challenges of Designing Data Centres in Nigeria” with industry egg heads.

Uzo Obi, executive director, Business Solutions, for Resourcery Plc. made a gleeful presentation on the topic which led delegates into asking thought provoking questions in return.

He was prompt to state during his presentation that “stakeholders in the various sectors should understand that ICT is not for consideration as an afterthought rather it should be an integral part of a plan and the execution. For instance, Architect and Civil Engineers need to duly consider networking and IT infrastructure when designing and not the current practice of proposing a makeshift structure thereafter”.

Delegates that visited the Resourcery exhibition stand were warmly received by courteous brand ambassadors that are more willing to provide detailed information on the organisation and also to handsomely reward them for their visit with varying gifts.
