Resourcery, Cisco Proffer Customer Satisfaction Solution for Business Enterprise

West Africa’s foremost Information Technology Company, Resourcery Plc. in conjunction with Cisco Systems, a global leader in network technology and solutions held a one-day interactive business seminar in Lagos with the theme ‘User Experience Meets Customers Experience’.

The seminar afforded Resourcery and Cisco the opportunity to share with senior executives in the Nation’s financial sector recent business collaboration solutions that borders on employee productivity and customers satisfaction.

Setting the tone for the event, Olugbenga Adanlawo, solution manager, Business Collaboration for Resourcery, noted that “The growing demand for enhanced employee productivity and improved customer satisfaction which is mostly prevalent in the service industry led us into organizing this workshop with select organizations. Morakinyo Salami, System Engineer, Collaboration for Cisco and Bola Adegbonmire, Cisco Collaboration Team Lead Africa; both emphasized the role of Jabber and Jabber Guest application in this latest effort.

The Jabber application is a communication end-point with multiple roles in Voice, Video and text/chat collaboration.

This solution marks the departure from the analog telephony to a unified collaboration system that rides on internet protocol.

A demonstration of the Jabber and Jabber guest applications showcased voice/video collaboration that can operate with solutions running on open protocol like H323 and SIP.
