In our bid to create more awareness of the .ng brand across the country, the NiRA Academy held the .ng Reseller training at the headquarters in Lagos, recently.

The rudiments of the Domain Name System (DNS) were presented and discussed.

Three of NiRA Accredited Registrars made presentations on their reseller platforms.

Speaking on the training, Sunday Folayan, NiRA president thanked rhe Registrars who facilitated at the training and the participants.

He said, “I am sure they have gained considerable insight into the workings of the domain name industry. I appeal to them as new ambassadors, to please go all out to ensure an increase in the registration of .ng domain name”.

Meanwhile, this weekend, Folayan will be leading the Executive Board of NIRA to her annual strategic planning retreat “to examine how we have aligned with our strategic plan in the last one year, and adopt necessary steps to make any course-correction.
