BOLFYNG has launched a new innovative electronic procurement solutions aimed at bridging the vast gap between Purchasers and Suppliers enabling the process of Tendering, Pre-Qualification and Contract Bidding to be done electronically.

The new eProcurement Portal could be best described as a pace setting and another information technology revolution in Nigeria which is already attracting the attention of the Federal Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP), Lagos, Osun and other States across the country.

BOLFYNG, simply, Bids Online For You Limited, is a Limited Liability Company operating in Nigeria as an e-procurement solution company that provides web based portal enabling purchasing organizations to manage and streamline procurement processes from bid creation, bid publishing, prequalification, bid submission and evaluation, document distribution and management to instant tender notification to interested bidders.

Speaking at a Press conference held recently in Lagos to unveil the unique e-procurement solution, Mr. Yinka Sorinwa, business development director, Bids Online For You Nigeria (BOLFYNG) Limited, disclosed that the online portal connect suppliers providing various goods and services to purchasing organizations from the local, state and federal government, Education, Consulting, Engineering, financial institutions, Construction, Healthcare sectors, Public and Private companies and many more across Nigeria and beyond.

Sorinwa stated that the main objective of BOLFYNG which is Nigeria’s first real time eProcurement online platform is to provide a platform where up-to-date information is made available to end users with the aim of becoming the most used and frequently visited web portal for bid publishing, e-prequalification and e-bidding.

“The traditional manual process of procurement is now obsolete, making the bid tendering and application process very slow, frustrating and time consumingwith very tedious process for payment and bid document pick up. Many advanced countries have replaced this with e-procurementand this solution is what BOLFYNG offers. Purchasers and Suppliers can now undertake the procurement process with ease by signing up to the portal -www.bolfyng.com.

“It is of no benefit to both the suppliers and purchasers to go through so much stress before negotiations or business can be conducted. Technology has made things easier now which has been demonstrated in online shopping platforms, local search engines, banking transactions and many more, BOLFYNG is now here to do the same in the eProcurement sector” he said

He stressed further that the platform will promote the best procurement practices across public/private sector organisations to boost economic growth by ensuring transparency in contract notification, evaluation and award through deployment of tested technologies and applications.

“Our credibility and reputation is also what defines us, which is why we are solidly backed by reliable partners such as BOLFY, LA.BOLFY.com in the United States and Biddingo in Canada. For our new users, we are so confident that our services will help grow your business which is why we offer a free 30-day trial, so register today to start bidding on all the opportunities you are currently missing out on” he said.

Government agencies and purchasing organizations use BOLFYNG to manage their bidding process online.

Sorinwa added that, they can publish their bid and tender notifications and distribute their bid documents through an online platform, helping them save time and resources.

Suppliers also use BOLFYNG to learn about bid opportunities posted directly by government agencies and purchasing organizations as well as bids researched by our staff.

Instead of sifting through local papers and bulletin boards, subscribers receive automatic emails about relevant business opportunities, among other benefits of the innovative portal.
