Mrs Oluwatobi Bashoro, managing director/ chief executive officer, Renmoney Microfinance Bank Limited, has resigned from the bank, just 10 months after her appointment.

Igbiwi Erhahon, company secretary, said that in the meantime, Mr Kieran Donnelly, would relinquish his position as chairman of the board of directors and lead the company as acting chief executive officer until a permanent chief executive officer is appointed.

Renmoney is a fintech lending company operating under a microfinance banking licence in Lagos, Nigeria.

The company provides loans to individuals and small businesses via its website, contact centre, agent network and branches.

Renmoney also offers market leading rates on Fixed deposits and savings accounts and is regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria and insured by the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC).
